How irreplaceable are you in a world of disposals?

I'm basically cleaning out everything here at home, no, not everything, but the thought hit me for two weeks ago, maybe I'll have to toss some shoes away, cause you know what? Some of the shoes, if I think really hard won't ever be used... Hm, but the big problem is that I have really tiny feet so I don't want to get rid of any pair of them - I love them! But how many is to many? Have we substituted love for shoes, one night stands and bags? How much can be irreplaceable in this world? I don't think anyone should think that they are irreplaceable, cause they are. We're disposable for each other, so what is really to much?
